1. Avoid rubbing your eyes hard. Instead, pat them with a soft cloth or tissue.

2. Make sure you have a healthy diet and get plenty of sleep.

3. Reduce sun exposure as much as possible. The sun damages the skin and causes wrinkles. If do decide to strap on some running shoes every morning for a jog, make sure to apply a good SPF sunscreen.

4. Probably the hardest thing for some people, but very important in reducing wrinkles is to quit smoking. Smoking causes deep wrinkles. It is a proven fact. It exposes your skin to carcinogens and causes it to dry out. Give up the smokes!
